To acquire a Laser Hair Removal Technician Certification from Washington DC, students are required to complete two sections in this two-part curriculum. The first section consists of in person lecture and independent study materials and the second part consist of hands-on clinical training.
The courses are designed for three categories of students. Students with no medical background who are interested in working as laser technicians, students with a medical background who want to immediately adapt the services mentioned above into their new or current business and students who are already certified but need to gain work experience to improve their chances for employment.
The Laser Hair Removal Course at Anew skin Aesthetic Clinic and medical Spa in DC, is designed to provide in-depth laser hair removal training for students who are from different backgrounds and want to become licensed.
The Course cover both the science and application of 4 types of laser hair removal devices. This is necessary for students who are looking to find employment in medical spas, physicians’ offices, and clinics.
Students will have 16 hours of medical training for Treatment of Acne, Building Collagen, Wrinkle reduction, Skin Resurfacing and chemical peels, Laser for pigmentation, Hair Reduction, Tattoo Removal, Treatment of Vascular lesions, and Skin Rejuvenation. The techniques and procedures will be presented utilizing current guidelines and medical protocols. The remaining 24hrs will be spent on laser safety training and hands on clinicals.
